Instructions :

The following documents are required:

1. Birth Certificate(original and self-attested photocopy)

2. Aadhar Card of the candidate and parents(original and self-attested photocopies)

3. Residence Proof(original and self-attested photocopy)

4. Passport size photograph of candidate, mother and father

5 Copy of Google Map for distance.

Note : The Registration will be treated as provisional unless the hardcopy of the filled form

with supporting documents is not submitted within next three working days.
